1. About Velocit Flow

Velocit Flow is a Chrome Extension that automates bulk AI image and video generation on Google Flow (flow.google.com). It is operated by Velocit Flow ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your use of the extension, the website at velocitflow.com, and any related services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Velocit Flow. By using the extension, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using Velocit Flow on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Accounts & Sign-In

Velocit Flow uses Google OAuth for sign-in. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your Google account secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use

One Google account corresponds to one Velocit Flow subscription. Sharing accounts or attempting to bypass per-account limits is prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Velocit Flow offers the following plans:

• Free Plan — Limited prompts included at no cost
• Pro Monthly — Billed monthly, full unlimited access
• Pro Yearly — Billed annually, full unlimited access at a discounted rate

Payments are processed securely by Flutterwave. By subscribing, you authorise Flutterwave to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Subscription activation occurs automatically — your Gmail is linked to a Pro licence after successful payment. No manual steps are required.

Prices are displayed on our pricing page and may change with notice. Any price change will not affect your current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

Yearly subscriptions: We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase if you are unsatisfied. After 7 days, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable.

Exceptions: Refunds may be considered at our discretion in cases of technical failure on our side that prevent you from using the extension entirely. To request a refund, contact us at support@velocitflow.com with your purchase details.

6. Free Plan & Trial

Free plan users receive a limited number of prompts to try the extension. These are provided at our discretion and may be changed or removed at any time without notice. Free plan usage does not guarantee continued access at the same limits.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Velocit Flow to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or in violation of Google Flow's terms of service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the extension
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or bypass usage limits
• Resell, sublicence, or redistribute access to Velocit Flow
• Use the extension in any way that violates Google's terms for Google Flow or their APIs
• Attempt to interfere with the extension's licence verification, authentication, or billing systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

8. Intellectual Property

The Velocit Flow extension, website, branding, code, and all related materials are owned by Velocit Flow and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the extension for your own personal or business purposes while your subscription is active.

Your generated content — Images and videos you generate through Google Flow belong to you, subject to Google's terms. We make no claim over your generated content.

9. Third-Party Services

Velocit Flow operates alongside third-party services including Google Flow, Google OAuth, and Flutterwave. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates made by those third parties that may affect the functionality of Velocit Flow.

In particular, Google may update Google Flow at any time. While we work to maintain compatibility, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access if Google changes their platform in ways that break automation.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Velocit Flow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The extension will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Results from the extension will meet your specific requirements
• The extension will remain compatible with future versions of Google Flow or Chrome

Your use of Velocit Flow is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Velocit Flow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the extension.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using Velocit Flow and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your payment fails and is not resolved within a reasonable period
• We reasonably suspect fraud or abuse

Upon termination, your licence to use the extension ends immediately. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect changes. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via the extension or email. Continued use of Velocit Flow after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the operator's jurisdiction.
